Jack's Dream

My work is inspired by Jack and the Beanstalk and has a personal story behind it. Growing up in the city, I had eaten beans but had never seen them grow. Recently, I watched them sprout for the first time, and it felt magical—just like what Jack must have felt. This experience inspired me to recreate that magic in my art and dream that it will keep growing.

While Jack found freedom through gold, I believe that true freedom today is about breaking stereotypes. This beanstalk isn’t about searching for wealth, but about finding freedom from fixed ideas and opening the way to new possibilities.
